Jamie Ladge is a professor of Management at the Boston College Carroll School of Management. She is primarily known for her research exploring the intersection of work and family, gender and identity issues in organizations, and career advancement of women and racial minorities. Her work has been published in several top management journals including theAcademy of Management Review,Academy of Management Journal,Journal of Applied Psychology,Organizational Behavior andHuman Decision ProcessesԻOrganization Science. In 2019, she co-authored the bookMaternal Optimism: Forging Positive Paths through Work and Motherhood,published by Oxford University Press. She has also co-authored many articles in theHarvard Business Review,and her research has been featured in major media outlets, among themThe Wall Street Journal,New York Times, The Atlantic, Forbes,Fortune,CNN Money,andܲԱɱ.
