The Boston College Summit
The Boston College Summit is an opportunity for students to engage with intersectional identities and experiences in ways that foster greater self-awareness, authentic connection, and a stronger sense of community. Students can engage with campus leaders in intimate dinner conversations through 鈥淎 Seat at the Table鈥� and learn from personal stories of leadership, purpose, and belonging, while a larger community dinner in early spring semester featuring speakers from across campus and peer table facilitators encourages reflection and dialogue. Together, these experiences help students recognize and articulate the personal and professional skills they are developing at 51茶馆, empowering them to carry those strengths into their careers, communities, and lives beyond graduation.
The Summit will weave together the following four areas, each of which is intersectional in nature and contains uniting threads of career and future-focused thinking:聽
Leadership
Gender
Race
Transition of Adulthood/The 4th Year Experience (specifically for seniors)

The Boston College Summit
Students who participate in the Boston College Summit will:
- Engage with intersectional issues and identities that foster opportunities for greater self-awareness.
- Bring their full and authentic selves to the conference in order to use the event as a catalyst to build a stronger community.
- Identify and articulate the personal and professional skills they are gaining from this experience that will help them in both their careers and lives after 51茶馆.
